Booking photography or media production is done by contacting info@mediamate.dk or via the contact form on the website. Please state the project type, desired date and time — the more detailed the enquiry, the better we can plan the job.

We operate primarily in Jutland but take on jobs across the whole country. The booking is only finally confirmed once the date, time and any deposit have been agreed and paid.

All prices at MediaMate are stated in Danish kroner excl. VAT. On a confirmed booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is charged on receipt of the invoice. The agreement is only binding once the deposit has been paid.

In special cases the deposit may be waived by agreement. The remaining amount is due for payment no later than the delivery date of the service.

In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of 100 kr. per reminder is charged in accordance with applicable law. There are 10 days between each reminder. After three reminders, the case may be passed to debt collection.

The deposit is only refunded if MediaMate cancels the agreement. If the client cancels, the deposit paid is forfeited. In the event of bad weather that requires rescheduling an agreed date, no new deposit is required.

For wedding photography, MediaMate may cancel the agreement in the event of serious illness or death of the assigned photographer, in which case the client receives a full refund. The deposit is otherwise binding, unless MediaMate is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Images are delivered via a private online gallery, which requires a unique password to access and download the images.

All images are edited, and we do not deliver raw files. If physical print is desired, this is agreed separately.

The right of withdrawal lapses when the photography has begun, when digital images have been downloaded, or when an item has been ordered and produced specifically for the client.

MediaMate retains the copyright to all images and materials produced. We reserve the right to use the images in our own marketing and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

The client is free to use the delivered images privately and on social media — we appreciate, but do not require, photographer crediting when sharing.

In connection with booking, we process information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail and details of your enquiry. You can read about how we process and store your personal data, and about your rights, in our privacy policy.
