155 employees, one consistent look — in two days

Aarhus Municipality's Citizen Service needed consistent portraits of the whole department. The challenge was the volume and the pace: 155 employees had to be photographed without bringing citizen service operations to a halt. We set up a mobile studio and ran it like a well-oiled machine.

155 employees in a short time, with the same light, background and expression — and without shutting down citizen service. That requires a setup that can hold both the pace and the quality all the way through.

The solution

We came out with a mobile studio and photographed the team over two days in a fixed, efficient flow. The result was consistent, professional portraits, ready for intranet, website and LinkedIn.
